환불 정책

Refund Policy

상품 수령 후 30일 이내 미개봉 및 미사용 제품에 한해 반품/환불이 가능합니다.
상품이 파손되었거나 불량인 경우, 수령 후 7일 이내 사진과 함께 문의해주시면 교환 또는 환불해드립니다.
제품 불량이 아닌 단순 변심 반품의 경우, 반품 배송비는 고객 부담입니다.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened and unused items.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos for a replacement or refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.
